Hourly Minimums:

One hour minimum applies to all hourly rates.
Three hour minimum applies to Limousines Thursday through Saturday

Gratuity:

The Gratuity is not included in the rates listed and is not included on your bill unless otherwise requested. The industry standard is 20%.

Pickup Locations:

Airports:
Your chauffeur will meet you in Baggage Claim area holding a sign displaying your last name.

Hotels & Resorts:
Your chauffeur will meet you at the Hotel/Resort main entrance or lobby holding a sign displaying your last name if necessary. In the event you cannot locate your chauffeur, please call us immediately at 315-886-6662 or 315-264-0057 and we will direct you. Failure to notify us could result in full charges as a no-show.

Reservations/Cancellations:

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee all reservations. Failure to cancel in the time specified in the contract may result in a charge for the event booked, including applicable fees and/or gratuities. Remaining balances are payable no later than the day of the event unless otherwise agreed to and noted. DLS is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, mechanical problems, airlines or airport problems, automobile accidents caused by others or acts of god.
